International Partners

At Edinburgh Birding & Nature Tours, we're proud to partner with Kite Optics and Nungunungu Birding and Photography Tours.

Nungunungu, Swahili for 'Porcupine', is a family- and locally-owned birding company based in Mbeya, Tanzania. I can speak from experience of their guides' knowledge, enthusiasm, and ability in the field, and I'm proud to direct any of our clients in their direction, should they find themselves traveling to East Africa.

Kite Optics is another family-run business, specializing in the new generation of APC-stabilised binoculars. Edinburgh Birding & Nature Tour clients can receive a 10% discount on selected models of APC by asking for a code. I can personally vouch for the quality of these binoculars and fully recommend them to prospective buyers!
